I have been very privileged over the last 10 years to be in positions of employment or running my own businesses where I have been responsible for mentoring employees for role specific roles, as well as coaching in the fitness industry.
My passion is coaching people, motivating them, empowering them to realise their true potential, as I look to inspire them to feed their inner flame. I have have always loved nothing more than seeing others develop, progress and succeed, we all have different definitions of success.
